I have finally set up the wii fit and had a go! Didn't like the workouts (shock horror) but the games were cool, no surprises that I have no balance whatsoever!!

Now its the weekend!! And this is where nad pops off to early eve, no Cal hasn't been persuaded to join in Ju-Jitsu as yet (It will be a cold day in hell........... or Kuwait for that matter!!)
