Have been to the Crowne Plaza to play squash today, I won!!

Had a pleasant day out today. We were heading for Boubyan Island (see bridge to) but weren't allowed across the bridge!! So we set up camp on a ridge instead and found some interesting flora and fauna, that scorpion was about 4 inches long I swear!! Th last photo is of the rather plain and repetitive landscape, sooooo flat!!!

Well we spent yesterday afternoon at a lovely BBQ hosted by a rugby friend, thanks Dee and a most pleasant time was had by all. I hope there wasn't too many bad heads this morning!! : s

Ok, this is what we've done with the spare-spare!! Not sure what you call it, day bed perhaps? Its going to be a sofa the bulk of the time but a bed for guests! The TV is for wii playing and movies!! Cool huh.
